This position will perform facilities cleaning and disinfecting, light grounds keeping services such as removing snow/ice and trimming plants/trees, as well as general maintenance functions such as assisting in moving furniture and providing assistance on special projects or assignments as needed. This position is scheduled to work Monday thru Friday from 12:00pm - 8:30pm.

Minimum qualifications & Requirements
In order to be considered for this position we require a High School Diploma or equivalent, and six (6) months of custodial or grounds keeping experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment, and the ability to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, heat, cold and humidity. The ability to work with limited supervision is required. This position also requires almost continuous standing and walking.
