    We are seeking an Solar Office Coordinator to join a successful company in Colfax, CA.

    Compensation: $18-$25/hr DOE

    As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

    • Coordinate and ensure processes are completed for all projects.
    • Ensure all NEM applications are submitted, and PTOs obtained.
    • Act as a liaison with applicants throughout the interconnection life cycle to provide guidance and assist in resolving any issues for applicants.
    • Identify and mitigate queue process timelines and risks.
    • Interface with and manage interconnection related third party engineers and other consultants as necessary.
    • Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience and post installation services are prompt.
    • Send out pre and post installation information.
    • Customer gets an orientation once NEM process is complete.

    Other duties assigned:

    • Make plaques
    • Site surveys
    • Create material lists
    • Order material, coordinate shipping and receiving
    • Build and stage jobs in shop

    Job Qualifications:

    Education and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma and beyond preferred.
    • Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in residential/commercial construction; solar experience a plus.
    • Knowledgeable of residential/commercial buildings design and materials.
    • Clean DMV record.
    • Reliable transportation for driving within State of California.
