Job summary:

You will partner closely with leaders across Habitat for Humanity Portland Region as a trusted consultant strategist and advocate helping embed diversity equity inclusion and anti racism principles into how we develop engage support our people.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide organization-wide leadership on DEI related issues serve as internal consultant HFHPR leaders staff operationalize equity inclusion anti racism principles throughout org.
  • Lead leadership development talent practices developing strategies execution plans advance leadership development org-wide talent practices associated end-to-end project management KPI reporting.
