CTDI is experiencing significant growth and we are actively hiring for several Electrical Engineers to joinour corporate Engineering team. We are looking for recent graduates as well as mid to upper-level experience.
Our engineers willwork as part of a dynamic team of Mechanical, Software, and Robotics Engineers, in a fast-paced environment with an ever-changing set of businesses and facilities to support.
Knowledge of Cable TV (CATV)/ DSL and fiber testing ishighly preferred for this role.Key Responsibilities:
Build, setup and maintain test and calibration systems for various hand-held test equipment
Maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades of different test benches related to DSL, Cable, Fiber, Wireless, Wi-Fi testing and calibration.
Generate engineering documents, including schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and project status reports.
Ability to build test systems and configure software for test systems.
Analyze technical requirements and effort associatedwith test systems and products.
Develop automated test and repair capabilities
Build, test, debug and develop C, C#, C++, Python, JTAG, CLI or LINUX applications.
Hardware debug experience at the board level.
Experience with configuring, using, and testing telecom equipment
Essential Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with Cable TV (CATV) and Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) technology.
Experience with IP networks and Linux
Ability to create/analyze detailed technical documentation.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as an individual as well as in a Team environment.
Experience designing test systems and using custom and off the shelf test equipment. Strong ability to troubleshoot and execute test procedures.
Ability to build and assemble rack and stack equipment
Optical transport design or test in a manufacturing environment
Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications.
Test development experience with telecom equipment with a preference for Wireless network components such as Remote Radio Head equipment, wireless transport equipment, small cells, base stations, etc.
3+ years' experience with test engineering.
Ability to build test systems and configure software for test systems.
Telecommunications technical experience and overall understanding preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Project), report preparation, and data analysis.
Experience in testing and debugging RF, analog, mixed signal ICs
Experience in developing test instructions and procedures
Working knowledge of Lab Windows CVI

This Employee Privacy Notice (" Privacy Notice ") describes the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information through the course of your tenure with Community Test Design, Inc.

II.COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
During the course of your tenure with CTDI, we collect personal information about you, as well as personal information related to your spouse, dependent(s), or family member(s) (collectively, " dependents "), where there is a legitimate reason to do so in connection with our relationship with you.
To the extent we collect personal information on your dependents, you should inform your dependents that you are providing this information to us and why, and make sure that it is acceptable to them.

(city, state, and country level geolocation data of the IP from workstations, and mobile data) and your business email address. We use this information to ensure compliance with CTDI's policies and procedures, to protect data assets of CTDI, for authentication purposes, and to provide IT support.

We share personnel personal information within CTDI and among its subsidiaries and affiliates to receive IT services/security, Human Resources, tax and accounting, and general business and employment purposes.

We will share your personal information with our service providers to assist us in managing and administrating your tenure.
These service providers include IT support, human resource management software providers, health insurance, payroll, expense processing, benefits plan providers, and professional advisors (i.e., accountants, legal).
With Third Parties.
We will share your personal information with third parties, such as legal advisors, law enforcement agencies, or governmental/regulatory bodies in order to protect our legal interests and other rights, protect against fraud or other illegal activities, for risk management purposes, and to comply with our legal obligations.
In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we will share personnel personal information.
