We are looking for a caregiver to join our team at Sunset Adult Family Homes. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and building meaningful relationships. - Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing,
- Safely support residents with mobility transfers transportation administer medications accurately on time must be nurse delegated prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary preferences follow personalized care plans meet each resident unique needs engage residents social activities provide companionship monitor report changes residents condition vital signs maintain accurate documentation care provided help ensure clean safe welcoming environment
