SAP Solution Architect
Standard skillset:SAP Fico S4 Hana

Must have: 4 to 8 years of extensive configuration experience for sap finance and costing, master data, transactional and reporting, RICEF

Experience: 10 Years

Location: Omaha NE(onsite)

$80/hr on c2c

Client: Union Pacific Railroad

Primary responsibilities:

*Drive, configure and enhance sap finance and costing solution: master data, transactional and reporting, ricefw

*leading the design, development, test, & production of sw tools/applications including application integrations between software tools

*implementing best practices for developing maintainable production ready software products

*performing application configuration changes to realize the software/process vision you & the team have created

*generating & managing product roadmaps/project plans that define & communicate and deliver on the future projected system/business capabilities

*coordinating & collaborating across multi-discipline/multi-organizational teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit requirements, & operational requirements

*participating in daily operations required to support customer needs (change control, support tickets, user training, etc)

*creating & maintaining comprehensive software documentation including, but not limited to: software requirements, software user guides, & software test plans

Preferred:

7+ years of experience in implementing & supporting solutions in sap s/4 hana or sap ecc in the areas of fico with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business outcomes
Familiar with s/4 hana architecture necessary, knowledge of abap de-bugging
Experience with identifying, troubleshooting, & designing the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective & programs are supported to achieve success.
Proficiency with jira, leading stand-ups, delivering results.
Ability to motivate/work with others.
Agile development methods & scrum experience
Experience designing & developing maintainable production applications.
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills that enable you to create, communicate, track & execute plans in a team environment
Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping & fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision
