Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that incorporates both shop-level initiatives and individual advisor campaigns.
• Manage Social Media Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies to enhance engagement, increase followers, and boost brand awareness.
• Lead Rezora Marketing Campaigns: Direct and optimize Rezora email marketing campaigns for the shop and individual advisors, ensuring content is targeted and effective.
• Coordinate Print Campaigns: Design and manage the production of print materials such as listing flyers, postcards, and brochures that maintain brand integrity and appeal to high-net-worth clients.
• Execute Digital Campaigns: Develop digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, display ads, and video marketing, tailored to shop needs and individual advisor goals.
• Utilize Engel Völkers' Technologies: Leverage specific marketing technologies such as Adwerx, GG Magazine, and corporate channels to maximize exposure and lead generation.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the shop's website and assist advisors with their personal site optimizations to ensure a strong online presence.
• Design Marketing Materials: Use graphic design skills to create visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials for both print and digital media.
• Advisor Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding process of new advisors, setting up their marketing-related accounts and providing ongoing support.
• Recruitment of Advisors: Play a strategic role in the recruitment of high-net-worth advisors by showcasing the brand's marketing prowess and support structures.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally in real estate or a similar luxury market, with a strong focus on both creative and strategic aspects.
• Expertise in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite+ Canva and a strong background in designing marketing materials.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms and email marketing tools like Rezora.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a team and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
