    We are seeking a highly skilled

    Senior Azure DevOps Engineer / Azure Architect

    with expertise in Kubernetes and DevOps to join our client's team.

    The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our AKS-based platform running ETL workloads on Airflow.

    As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for deploying infrastructure in Azure cloud using Terraform and implementing Infra-as-code best practices.

    Deploy infrastructure in Azure cloud using Terraform and Infra-as-code best practices.


    Develop CI/CD workflows to launch applications from build to deployment using modern DevOps tools like Kubernetes, ArgoCD/Flux, Terraform, and Helm.

    Ensure existing CI/CD pipelines operate without interruption and optimize them as needed.

    Collaborate with development teams to recommend best practices for application uptime and cloud-native infrastructure architecture.

    Participate in architecture discussions and decision-making to improve and expand platforms.

    Focus on creating tools that improve efficiency and benefit the entire organization.

    Evaluate and support onboarding of 3rd party SaaS applications or integrate new tools and services into existing apps.

    Create documentation, runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and processes.

    Requirements

    4+ years of experience deploying infrastructure to Azure platforms.

    4+ years of Kubernetes (AKS) experience, ideally running workloads in a production environment or supporting an AKS-based developer platform.

    4+ years of creating CI/CD pipelines using YAML or JSON.

    4+ years of building containers using Docker, Kaniko, Buildkit, or similar tools.

    4+ years of experience with Terraform and writing Terraform modules.

    4+ years of experience with Git, GitLab, or GitHub.


    4+ years of experience with Bash and proficiency in at least one other OOP language, with preference given to Python.

    Nice to have
    Snowflake platform, AWS cloud platform, Apache Airflow

    Ability to administer and run basic SQL queries in Postgres, mySQL or any relational database
