What You'll Be Doing
- The Journey: Providing safe and timely transportation for guests to and from the New Orleans Armstrong International Airport (MSY).
- The Welcome: Assisting guests with their luggage and offering a warm greeting (and information about our famous cookies).
- The Guide: Acting as a local expert by providing information on hotel amenities, local dining, and directions.
- The Upkeep: Performing daily vehicle inspections, keeping the shuttle clean, and reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Active Driving: Ability to sit and drive for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Physical Strength: Must be able to lift, carry, and load/unload guest luggage weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Safety First: Constant focus and alertness while navigating airport traffic and various weather conditions.
- Communication: Frequent use of a two-way radio to coordinate with the Front Desk.
What We're Looking For
- The Record: A clean driving record is a must. You must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
- Experience: Previous professional driving experience (shuttle, limo, or ride-share) is a plus.
- Reliability: The shuttle runs on a strict schedule—our guests count on your punctuality.
- The Personality: A genuine smile and a "can-do" attitude, even in traffic
