    We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping and challenging people and we want you to be a part of our Clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following:
    Responsible for executing all Company policies related to this position.

    Responsible for clinical supervision of counseling staff per Company policy and the Company contract to include probationary, quarterly and yearly evaluations.

    Responsible for hiring, training and discipline of clinical staff per Company policy.
    Conducting weekly clinical staff meetings per Company policy.
    Develop clinical staff work schedules per Company policy.
    Provide clinical oversight to contracted facilities and must fill in during any vacancies.

    Supervision and inspection of client records to ensure compliance and quality of treatment per Company policy, Company contract and F.A.C.

    65D-30.Attend all management meetings relevant to clinical operations.
    Be available to work all shifts to ensure proper coverage per contract and policy standards.
    Must be able to perform the major functions of the position with or without an accommodation.
    Required to attend all mandatory training specified by policy.
    Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

    Report all workers' compensation injuries, whether they require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor or the Director immediately.

    Report all breaches of company policy or code of ethics that you have knowledge of, hear about or see regardless of who is involved in the breach to the HR DepartmentReport all unsafe conditions that could affect clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of to the HR Department.

    Must be able to travel statewide up to 75% work schedule.

    Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of this job description are followed and adhered to.


    QualificationsEXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:

    A minimum of Bachelor's Degree with a Human Services discipline and (1) year experience in the delivery of services or Five (5) years of experience in the delivery of services to residents or offenders or inmates in the care of custody of a federal, state, or local criminal justice system may be substituted for the bachelor's.

    Candidate must have LMHC with addictions experience and must meet minimum requirements for Clinical Supervisor per the F.A.C. 65D-30.Education and Experience may be substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis as deemed applicable.
