    Description

    Jonathan Brooks is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong blend of passion and purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, our organization stands at the forefront of the industry. This role entails mastering our client service process for a base of 2,000 business clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. In addition, you will take the lead in managing a small team to carry out these responsibilities effectively.

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Oversee team activities and performance
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities through Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Key Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passionate about aiding others and fostering relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active engagement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation
    • Must complete a 45-day evaluation period prior to progression

    This rewarding role offers a competitive weekly salary ranging between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year on average.
