    Client Services Representative Role


    We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our transportation team at Penquis, a social services agency serving Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Knox counties for over 50 years.

    This is a full-time position based out of our Bangor location, requiring a high-school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 work experience in an office setting where client contact was a responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gather client information to determine eligibility for services.
    • Certify client eligibility by processing their information.
    • Verify the information provided by clients.
    • Perform filing and record keeping activities.
    • Contact clients as necessary to gather additional information or verify existing information.

    Requirements:

    • Good communication skills.
    • Computer proficiency and experience, including Microsoft Office and word processing skills.
    • Able to interact with the public professionally, maintain confidentiality, and learn federal and state regulations.
    • Must comply with Penquis background check requirements with satisfactory results upon hire and periodically thereafter.
