- Proficiency in the language you want to teach
- Experience teaching one-on-one classes with proven results, preferably online
- Experience using and/or providing comprehensive materials and resources to meet students needs
- A high-speed internet connection and familiarity with online video platforms
- Be energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful
