    Title: Customer Service Specialist

    SUMMARY:

    The Insurance Customer Service Specialists' goal is to work with the rest of the insurance team and management to ensure that we are compliant with all insurance regulations as we expand our portfolio. The primary responsibility of the specialist is to engage with high volume of customers to resolve discrepancies, and tasks required as part of the insurance teams needs, all while maintaining a positive long-standing relationship with the customer.

    Responsibilities

    • The specialist will perform the following daily functions as part of the collections function.
    • Performing necessary (proactive and retroactive) customer contacts via email, app notifications, chat, SMS, or phone calls.
    • Record contact interactions completely and accurately within our tracking systems.
    • Work with internal departments to resolve disputes
    • Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
    • Perform special projects as requested by management.
    • Meet daily and monthly performance standards

    Requirements

    • Evidence of exceptional ability
    • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel or other databases)
    • Call Center experience preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
    • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage shifting priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to interact with internal and external customers positively and effectively
    • Ability to work well with other in a collaborative team environment
