Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Hayward location. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day schedule. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, creating customized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapies to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient conditions, set realistic treatment goals, and create individualized plans
Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with healthcare teams

Requirements

DPT degree from an accredited program
Clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home health setting
Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
