    The 3PL Solutions Division provides end-to-end supply chain solutions for our customers across a variety of modes.

    This includes bulk trucking for both plastic resins and liquid chemicals, and dry-van, LTL, railcar, ocean and intermodal modes for freight of all kinds.

    We are looking for an experienced and versatile business analyst to work with our logistics visibility platform.

    In this role, your duties will include working with customers and internal stakeholders to find solutions to their most complex solutions.

    You will research the market and help exceed customer expectations with our technical product offerings.
    Remote option available for the right candidate.

    This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving problems, are achievement-oriented and work at exceeding expectations through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

    Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain and logistics operations is highly desirable.
    Requirements
    Responsibilities

    Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.

    Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

    Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
    Lead or assist with all associated data and market research.
    Help design, document, and maintain system processes
    Communicate key insights and findings to product team Perform requirements analysis.
    Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Assist in development of KPI report production, automation, and validation

    Manage, interpret, and validate all data that is produced by the client, maintaining the focus on improving the quality of member care.

    Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes.
    Provide orientation and training to stakeholders, customers, etc.
    Other duties as assigned.
