    Ferguson is currently seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Lebanon, TN.


    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
    • Oversee and direct morning dispatch of DOT Drivers
    • Administer payroll for drivers
    • Direct drivers in daily duties and responsibilities
    • Serve as the liaison between sales and logistics
    • Establish daily delivery priorities
    • Coordinate fleet repairs

    Qualifications:

    • A strong background in Warehouse transportation operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred
    • 2 years of warehouse transportation management or supervisory experience preferred
    • Prior routing experience a plus
    • Material Handling Equipment Certification and a valid Class CDL is a plus
    • Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
    • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
    • Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team
    • Demonstrate competencies in Dispatch Track, High Jump, and Trilogy
