- Reliability
- Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
- Dementia/ Hospice including end-of-life experience would be nice, but not necessary.
- A minimum of one year of documented experience required
- Proof of professional training ie, a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate would be a plus.
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Treated with respect and dignity.
- Provided exceptional training on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Are never alone in the field - support is always available.
- Thoughtfully matched with clients that they are compatible with.
