Northside Christian Academy is a Christian School that seeks to educate the K - 12th grade students in a spiritual and academic environment. The part time cafeteria worker is responsible for assisting the Food Service Manager in preparing & serving food as well as registering students/staff's account on the cash register.

The hours are 9-2, Monday - Friday when school is in session. Pay is $12 per hour and paid every other week through direct deposit.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in the preparation of student and staff lunches.

• Operate computerized point of sale.

• Assist in clean up of kitchen, dishwashing room, and dining room.

• Utilize at all times exemplary practices in sanitation and personal cleanliness.

FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED AS NEEDED:

• Record charges from students and staff for lunches on the computer.

• Perform such other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exhibits flexibility & initiation
• High school education or equivalent required
• Loves kids
• Strong enough to enforce guidelines & order.
• Perfect for a stay at home parent or retiree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant bending, twisting, lifting, pulling, standing & walking. Normally does not work at heights above ten feet. Normally does not lift
any object weighing more than fifty pounds.
