Job Description:

You'll collaborate closely with the Manager of Design Operations to shape our expanding Design Ops practice, delivering exceptional process support and guidance for our design and product teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate employee needs into business requirements.
• Develop business and customer cases to drive experience improvements.
• Collaborate on operational plans for delivering great employee experiences.
• Understand the end-to-end design process to identify problems and strategies.
• Facilitate engaging workshops using design thinking methods.
• Write and present User Experience Briefs.
• Assist in the implementation of new methods, tools, and processes.
• Deepen understanding of the business, customers, partners, and culture.
• Support intake and prioritization process for work management.
• Track time on projects and operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; or 2-3 years of progressive experience.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge and experience in design thinking and user research.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and Agile methodologies.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
