    Description

    IT Solutions Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of technology solutions within the Electronic Health Record (EHR); ensures seamless integration of IT systems with clinical components; facilitates outcome measurement processes; and provides advanced technical support to EHR users.

    Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field and/or experience in an IT environment preferred. Experience working in healthcare or behavioral health setting a plus.

    Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

    Ability to analyze data using Crystal Reports and other applicable software.

    Valid driver's license and vehicle required.

    Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand and develop workflow and technology needs.
    2. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand outcome measures and significance in evaluating client progress and clinical performance.
    3. Develop, implement, and maintain IT solutions to capture, analyze, and report outcome measures accurately.
    4. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    5. Design, evaluate, and implement solutions, including but not limited to, forms and assessments within the EHR that meets the organization's requirements and staff needs.
    6. Analyze and report on client service delivery, clinical outcome measures and agency-level data for performance assessment using data from the EHR.
    7. Implement and optimize EHR systems, ensuring seamless integration with other clinical components such as billing, scheduling, and documentation.
    8. Manage and test software updates and upgrades for the EHR system.
    9. Develop and deliver training programs for staff members on use of the EHR system and outcome measurement tools.
    10. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.
    11. Analyze current systems for improvement and implement solutions.
    12. Secure information by adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations and Seneca privacy policies and keeping client information confidential.
    13. Represent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca's Mission and Code of Conduct and Ethical Practices.
    14. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
