    Our team is trained daily on customer service techniques, marketing initiatives, and business communication strategies. Building a strong rapport with the customers is the very thing that makes our company, and our clients achieve success.

    This role involves direct marketing promotions, direct sales, actively participating in product knowledge seminars and morning meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. The Marketing and Promotions Representative can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing and sales strategies through hands-on training.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Learn and understand the basics of our business from the entry-level
    • Learn and understand client product knowledge
    • Be able to meet or exceed our entry-level sales requirements
    • Assist with the launch of new campaigns and products as needed
    • Generate new customer sales accounts through direct marketing efforts

    • Coordinates all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries
