    The Marketing team is responsible for driving revenue growth at TRM.

    They do that by optimizing the entire GTM funnel — from customer awareness and demand, to sales pipelines and customer success — with effective corporate marketing, communications, field marketing, content marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer training and education.

    As the North America Regional Marketer, you are responsible for partnering with Sales to understand the dynamics of the North American markets and key growth drivers across priority customer segments and accounts, then build multi-channel marketing programs to capture that growth in line with pipeline and revenue targets for a given territory.

    You will primarily focus on building account-based programs, collaborating with SME teams at TRM to drive and measure the impact of activities including events, webinars, content, training, personalized outreach/direct mail and other tactics and channels that you discover, test and scale.


    What you'll be doing at TRM:

    Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and others to identify growth opportunities at the account and segment level; define regional marketing programs needed to capture that growth through new customer acquisition, customer expansion, and pipeline acceleration strategies.

    Plan and execute mid- and lower-funnel account-based marketing campaigns to move target accounts through the funnel, collaborating with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Partnerships and others to deploy head-turning activations in market, test and refine messaging and tactics, and ensure clear handoffs and feedback loops with your Sales and SDR partners.

    Identify and develop region-specific channels and partnerships, with a focus on leveraging local trade associations and industry / regulatory bodies
    Own the strategy for how we leverage events (third-party sponsorships, owned events, roadshows, roundtables, and workshops) as part of regional campaigns and programs; partner with the Events Coordinator to successfully execute the events roadmap in line with defined objectives

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 5 years experience in Regional, ABM, Field or related marketing roles for B2B organizations
    Marketing experience to customers in government, financial institutions/fintech space or related sectors
    Experience developing and localizing marketing plans at the regional or country level in the US/Canada
    Strong writing and communication skills
