THE JOB
As a
Commercial Loan Officer
,
your roles and responsibilities will include:
Generate new C&I, CRE and business loans from small and mid-size business clients in accordance with established annual goals and objectives.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job-related laws and regulations, including timely, and successful completion of all online or in-person training required by Integro Bank.
through the end-to-end loan process, assisting internal team members with obtaining all necessary documentation needed to close the transaction, monitor loan performance, collect tax returns, financials, rendering proprietary Integro360 consultative services and to follow up on any exceptions or account matters.
Responsible for cash flow analysis, spreading, developing a loan credit approval memo for the credit department based on the information received from the prospect.
Cross-sell treasury management, deposit, trade, cash management, wealth & asset management, credit card, on-line banking, mortgage, investment and other financial services.
with other bank officers, centers of influence, referral resources, etc.
Identify opportunities to solve client issues by obtaining sufficient information from applicants to analyze the loan request appropriately.
Prescreen loans with knowledge of proper structure, conformity, and eligibility with respect to the applicable loan program.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal
Commercial Loan Officer
would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Demonstrate at least 5 years of prior commercial loan business development experience at a financial institution
Demonstrated knowledge of C&I, CRE and business loan products and policies
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A team player able to work effectively in a team-fostered, multi-tasking environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot or similar CRM system, Abrigo or similar loan processing system.
Ability to work independently and develop relationships based on overall profitability and revenue generation.
Strong working knowledge of financial analysis and spreading including cash flow, balance sheet, financial ratios, collateral, economic and industry analysis.
Successful, prior business development and relationship management experience
Strong Sales experience required
