Workforce Training at LC State is seeking Adjunct Faculty to provide and develop non-credit courses and professional development programs. Classes for this discipline require minimum instructor time commitment hours annually).

We are looking for an instructor with experience in the following areas: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Excel, Teams).

Essential Functions

• Accepts and teach classes based on varied schedules (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends) to accommodate diverse student needs.
• Prepare and deliver instruction to students face-to-face in class.
• Design learning experiences for the unique characteristics of individual adult students through classes, individual instruction and self-directed learning.
• Collaborate with Program Coordinator to develop and deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A degree in teaching is not required for this position

• 3-5 years related experience with Microsoft Office
• Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse population
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
