    Engineer Development Program

Total Compensation Range is highly dependent on the path selected: $65,000 - $90,000

    Lone Star is looking for newly graduated engineers or students graduating within the upcoming months to join our Engineer Development Program. This program has three direct paths that each candidate will have the opportunity to review and select based on their preferences and goals. These paths include Field Engineering, Production Engineering, and Application Engineering. We believe that each career path has its own set of benefits and challenges that will be the ideal task for the right candidate.

    This program will have 24 months of high exposure and accelerated learning opportunities allowing these participants to be open to professional opportunities that would typically take years to achieve in other companies. These program participants should complete the 24-months with real world experience that will qualify them to advance within our company.

    Selected candidates will receive 3 rounds of interviews (virtual interview, onsite interview with direct leadership, onsite interview with upper leadership, and a reference check.

    Required Education, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills:

    · Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Electrical Engineering Preferred)

    · Takes ownership of work

    · Team Player with a positive attitude

    · Ability to use AutoCAD and SolidWorks

    · High Level of technical aptitude

    · Ability to understand technical drawings and written specifications

    · Must be an effective planner and organizer capable of making quick decisions when necessary

    · Must have good oral and written communication skills

    · Working knowledge of Microsoft systems and software

    · Ability to effectively communicate with customer including verbal and written communication

    Preferred

    · Keen Interest in Rotating Equipment

    · Bilingual and Spanish fluency

    · Familiarity with complex machinery with control systems or rotating equipment is a plus.

    Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay

    This position is not remote. It will be located at 8883 West Monroe Rd, Houston Texas 77061.
