    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Associate Attorney to join the Intellectual Property Practice Group. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the patent litigation team, assisting in all aspects of patent disputes, from case strategy development to courtroom advocacy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex patent law issues, including claim construction, validity, and infringement.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for submission to courts and administrative bodies.
    • Assist in the preparation of discovery requests, responses, and deposition outlines.
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
    • Engage in oral advocacy, including arguing motions and presenting evidence at hearings and trials.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance case objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • 2-4 years of experience in patent litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
    • Technical background in electrical engineering or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of patent law and litigation procedures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Prior experience with patent prosecution or PTAB proceedings is a plus.
