    Job Summary:
    Are you familiar with Terminal tracking system and Dynamic 365? We are looking for someone to oversee M&R activities related to gate inspections, equipment repairs, and maintenance. Check out the requirements and responsibilities below:

    Requirement: Preferred if you have knowledge of Terminal tracking system, Dynamic 365,

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Inspect and coordinate repairs for damaged equipment, ensuring deadlines are met
    • Evaluate bids, approve estimates, and monitor the quality and cost of repairs
    • Ensure equipment is repaired correctly and timely, conducting inspections on maintained equipment
    • Schedule repairs, delegate M&R activities, and monitor maintenance and repair progress
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies for equipment maintenance
    • Manage damage claims and invoicing for equipment accidents and damages
    • Maintain accurate records and databases for equipment incidents
    • Control inventory and oversee parts management
    • Review and approve invoices, maintain records, and handle accounts payable/receivable
    • Participate in special projects to enhance M&R initiatives
    • Provide pricing of refrigeration parts and collaborate with departments for invoicing
    • Assist in reefer history reporting and equipment issue resolutions
