    The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for engaging with customers to process sales orders and respond to customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Our comprehensive training program provides the technical knowledge to consult with our customers to ensure product requests meet patient needs. This is an ideal position for a career minded Customer Service professional or someone looking to gain experience for other positions within Starkey.

    **You will work one of the following shifts: 10:30am-7:00pm, 9:30am-6:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm. All shifts are Monday-Friday.**

    **Job Duties:**

    Serve and advise Audiologists and Hearing Care Professionals to provide the gift of hearing

    Work within numerous systems to process and manage hearing aid orders

    Continually work to develop customer service skills

    Communicate complex messages to customers clearly and professionally

    Identify and anticipate customer requirements, expectations, and needs

    Build lasting relationships with customers

    Experience:

    Professional Customer Service experience

    Professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and communication

    Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflict

    Previous experience where attention to detail is necessary for job success

    Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical product knowledge

    Strong computer foundation with ability to multi-task between numerous applications

    Proven record of exceeding customers expectations in a fast-paced environment
