    Our Cresco, Iowa plant is looking for Assemblers to join our team.

    Hourly pay rate is $21.10 to $22.60.

    Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Read and understand a blue print and route sheet
    • Do the steps required on the paper line to assemble the media pack (cut off media, glue, V-jig or channel and stuff media assembly into the liner)
    • Inspect elements for flaws and apply the appropriate decals and washers for packaging
    • Fold pads and put them into boxes
    • Put the finished elements into the box, close the flaps and send it through the pack machine
    • Supply sleeves and covers to the line as needed
    • Gasket re-work
    • Run a variety of small hand tools (glue guns, staplers, knives, guillotines and paper saws)
    • Report labor, production, scrap and other information into Oracle, when required.
    • Perform return to stock and labels in certain areas
    • Wear proper safety equipment (PPE)
    • Keep work area organized at all times, including sweeping, dusting and general cleaning of area
    • May be assigned preventative maintenance tasks
    • Rotation on assembly line for ergonomic purposes
    • Flexibility to move from line to line, as needed

    Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of probationary period.
