MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women's apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook, Ming Wang, Masai Copenhagen, and Kasper. We focus on elevated, timeless workwear and fashions that are easy to mix-and-match and designed to help build an effortless and reusable wardrobe. Our brands are found online, through specialty boutiques, in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and Dillard's, and in our Southlake retail showroom.

Position Summary:

Meison is seeking a Stylist in our Southlake retail showroom that will cultivate and develop relationships with new clients to ensure our individual sales targets are met or exceeded. As a Stylist, you will develop a unique skillset as you engage and promote client loyalty through a variety of engagement and selling activities in collaboration with our Sales team, ensuring a seamless luxury experience. The Stylist will be responsible for running individual client shopping appointments and virtual shopping appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure both in-person and virtual customers receive unparalleled wardrobe building experience
• Guide all Meison Studio clientele in building their best personalized wardrobe
• Participate and/or host networking events for the purpose of new clientele acquisition
• Re-engage existing clientele for future purchases
• Meet sales and average order value targets with both prospective and returning customers
• Visual merchandise the showroom for each season

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in luxury fashion sales
• Knowledge of visual standards and technique, and ability to implement and maintain Meison's guidelines.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
