- The OR Supervisor position will insure the smooth operation of the unit on a daily basis, insure good patient care, and will deal with decisions related to the department. Will work closely with the Director of Surgical Services in decision making.
- Will function as staff nurse/charge nurse
- Is cross-trained to scrub and circulator duties as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- BSN or BA/BS in healthcare or closely related field (preferred).
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current/valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
- Minimum of 2 years of OR work experience required
- Student loan employer contributions up to $10,800 tax free
- Ability to earn an additional $5.00 per hour by participating in our Clinical Ladder program
