About The Client
The company is building a powerful AI-native design tool that enables product teams to operate more quickly and intelligently. With strong backing from top-tier investors and a team composed of builders and ex-founders, they are redefining how modern design and frontend teams collaborate. Their San Francisco HQ is the operational heart of the company, requiring strong ownership, discretion, and execution excellence to support leadership and maintain a polished, high-functioning environment.
Why should you consider?
- Own the end-to-end San Francisco office experience, including day-to-day operations, vendor management, supplies, workspace readiness, and continuous office improvements.
- Partner directly with the Co-founder and Head of Ops & Strategy to manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, close loops, and reduce executive administrative load.
- Serve as the face of the office, welcoming customers, founders, executives, investors, and visitors while ensuring a polished, organized, and high-functioning environment.
- Support onboarding logistics for San Francisco-based team members, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, access management, and orientation support.
- Operate in a high-trust, high-ownership role with autonomy, discretion, and direct impact on leadership leverage and overall team velocity.
