What You Will Do:

As a Caregiver at TheKey, you will implement customized care plans that address the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of clients. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, assistance with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Execute personalized care plans and schedules
• Provide personal companionship and support
• Assist with personal care activities and household tasks
• Ensure safety, order, and client satisfaction
• Transport clients to appointments
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of caregiving experience
• Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Availability to work weekends
• Completion of state requirements and training
• Empathy, professionalism, and respect for clients

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience in Dementia or Alzheimer's care
• COVID-19 Vaccination
