We are looking for an efficient flexible and highly motivated Pharmacist to join our team This full-time staff position offers a set schedule covering Medley Pharmacy and Sinks Pharmacy Western locations.Responsibilities
- Interprets written prescriptions checks for drug interactions and allergies enters prescription and patient data into computer system gives prescription information to Pharmacy Technician for filling Supervises Technicians checks all work for accuracy. ,
- Serves patients by counseling over phone in person Conveys pertinent information regarding how how long medication should taken Answers patients questions Consults with other health care professionals conducts research necessary ensure services best interests patients conform established professional standards applicable state laws. ,
- Maintains current state pharmacy license Maintains working knowledge aspects computer cash register Maintains store competitiveness profitability controlling operational expenses maximizing sales maintains regular punctual attendance develops courteous professional relationships patients customers coworkers complies security loss prevention procedures setting alarms securing safe etc maintain perpetual Schedule II inventory complete third-party rejections maintain daily weekly reports follow company procedures notification report completed ensure compliance company procedures federal state laws rules regulations performs duties assigned
