JOB RELATIONSHIPS Responsible to:

Rehab Services Director DEFINITION OF POSITION The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities.

May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aids. QUALIFICATIONS Professional Entry level Master#s degree preferred. Current Occupational Therapist License required. Experience in mental health treatment, conducting evaluations, group facilitation skills preferred. BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
