    Position Summary

    The position is responsible for leading the formulation of business and strategic plans, project management and implementation support to enable strategic decisions and strategy implementation. This role serves as an internal consultant for Deans, C-suite executives, Vice Deans, Department Chairs, Program Directors and other executive senior leaders, to assist with program planning, environmental trend analyses, and development of programs vision, strategic goals, and program priorities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in business management, health administration, marketing, public administration or equivalent course of study.
    • Two years of experience in strategy, business planning, business development, general management or operations
    • Firm understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on academic healthcare
    • Ability to conduct secondary research through the web and/or utilizing other resources.
    • Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Robust analytical skills with a strong knowledge of data visualization

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Masters Degree business management, health administration, marketing, public administration or equivalent course of study.
    • Firm understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on academic healthcare.
