    The Senior Financial Analyst Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting Team. This role is responsible for accounting, analysis, reporting, and financial decision support.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal customers and remote company locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the billing and invoicing process for snow and landscaping services to ensure timely, complete, and properly recognized revenue.
    2. Work with the Denver general manager and team to review and properly record expenses, including subcontractors.
    3. Develop and maintain financial reporting and planning infrastructure to provide transparency into the performance of the Denver business unit.
    4. Serve as a leader, trusted advisor, and business partner in the organization, demonstrating humility, accountability, and inclusivity.
    5. Support the execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the Company's strategy initiatives.
    6. Collaborate with the Manager, FP&A to develop a monthly reporting process and present the monthly results with the general manager.
    7. Possess the passion and demonstrated skills for developing relationships, processes, and continuous improvement.
    8. Be a thought leadership contributor to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable systems and reporting to support business growth.

    Requirements:

    • B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
    • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in public accounting or private equity (PE) experience.

    Salary and Benefits:

    $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation and holidays, gym fitness reimbursement, and annual clothing allowance.
