    Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Role:

    • Manage benefits administration and address all employee benefits-related inquiries
    • Tasks include overseeing FMLA, tuition remittance and reimbursement schemes, short-term and long-term disability, unemployment, and worker's compensation
    • Handle new hires setup in the system and lead onboarding processes
    • Support during open enrollment period and wellness screenings
    • Handle terminations and HR reports efficiently

    Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
    • Having an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a bonus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
    • Great hands-on problem-solving skills
