2+ years of product management experience at a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce company that leverages Shopify, ideally focused on subscription-based products
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements from functional leaders into technical requirements, and work collaboratively with engineers to deliver on those requirements against tight timelines
Strong technical background with data architecture experience bridging multiple backend systems
Proven data analytics ability to run A|B tests to drive conversion and revenue growth, as well as understand potential technical issues impacting product experience.
Comfortable quickly measuring results using tools like Mixpanel, Looker, basic SQL, and Optimizely, as well as using spreadsheets to model opportunities.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail – with the ability to structure and drive end-to-end implementation across multiple milestones in line with target datesEffective communication skills at every level - internally and externally

Highly proactive self-starter - with a clear sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. You are scrappy, roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to drive your initiatives to completion, including quickly learning and becoming a subject-matter expert on new systems and tools
Data driven - you're able to pull data to estimate the opportunity size for each initiative you take on, use data to identify areas to improve in the product experience, as well as triage and resolve bugs
Ability to lead without authority and bring key stakeholders across teams along in the product development process
Care passionately about delivering experiences that support and delight our customers

For this position, the reasonably expected pay is $110,000 - $130,000 for the level scoped. This position is also eligible for stock options and a competitive benefits package. Your pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range may apply.
