    Description
    A Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) is needed around the Tyler, Texas area to help patients with respiratory issues.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for administering breathing treatments, oxygen therapy, and monitoring patients' progress. They should have excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.

    Highlights about the Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) opportunity:
    This is a full-time position; days shift available and night shifts available
    Compensation is competitive .
    Critical Care Setting
    This is a direct hire role Perm role
    Sign on bonus and relocation is available if needed.

    You'll utilize your skills and expertise to treat various respiratory conditions, including pulmonary fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and much more.

    Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) Skills Required:
    The qualified candidate should have a degree in Respiratory Therapy, be registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and hold a

    valid respiratory therapist license in the state of Texas, or eligible to obtain.

    Experience working in critical care respiratory therapy is essential, with a strong ability to assess and treat patients of all age groups and illness severity levels.

    Knowledge of the principles of mechanical ventilation and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is a must. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
