    Tire Sales Associate

    Job Summary

    The Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service selling tires automotive services road hazard recommended services benefits product features creating long-term loyalty bonds with customers driving sales profitability of the store communicating managing repair orders maintaining a clean well merchandised store.

    Responsibilities

    • Promptly meets greets customers answering phone scheduling appointments creates Repair Order Request detailing service to be performed or merchandise to be sold explaining warranties options pricing etc. to the customer obtaining approval for service before delivering order to service personnel reviewing completed repairs collecting payment.
    A High School graduate knowledge of computerized sales marketing software auto/truck tire lubrication maintenance issues experience using Mitchell Repair Activant All-Data vehicle manuals researching determining malfunctions 2+ years retail experience preferably auto/truck tire lubrication maintenance Retail customer service relations experience preferred Experience as a Sales Associate in an auto repair store dealership comparable professional environment certification from major Tire Manufacturer highly valued.
