    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing data to measure progress and make necessary adjustments. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with other professionals and caregivers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

    Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity and make necessary adjustments based on data analysis.

    Train and supervise behavior technicians and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention plans.

    Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

    Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing feedback on progress and adjustments to treatment plans.

    Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.

    Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain certification and stay current with research and best practices in the field.

    Qualifications:

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field

    At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills

    Knowledge of and experience with a variety of assessment tools and behavior intervention strategies

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
