Boutique litigation firm in Westchester County seeks an attorney with at least two (2) year of experience in the defense of bodily injury and property damage claims; commercial contract disputes; commercial landlord-tenant matters; lien law claims; construction litigation; municipality liability; and other areas of civil litigation in New York State.

The position includes drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses; conducting depositions and municipal hearings; drafting contracts and agreements; and appear in court for conferences in New York City, and Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties.

Trial experience is helpful.

Candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and admitted to practice law in good standing, in New York State. Admission in New Jersey and/or Connecticut is helpful.
