Recruiting, training, and mentoring volunteers Onboarding volunteers Speaking engagements Ongoing communication Problem solving Internal/external training Volunteer coordination Volunteer appreciation Monthly eblast Quarterly face to face volunteer meetings Attend meetings and trainings requested by the Director of Intervention
Qualifications:

Strong oral and written communication, highly detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks independently, accurately complete work under tight deadlines, and provide timely and accurate responses to data requests.

Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is active in a local church; Work may be at any of our 4 locations in Arcadia, North Port, Port Charlotte or Venice.
