    Worship Pastor Role

    The Worship Pastor will lead and shepherd the church in worship that is biblically grounded, Christ-centered, and theologically rich.

    • Demonstrate a growing walk with Christ and alignment with CBC's Reformed, gospel-centered theology.
    • Be a skilled musician (vocal and instrumental-guitar and/or keys preferred) with strong leadership and team-building ability
