    Position DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement strategies across all lines of marketing and engagement.

    The position will have a heavy focus on content marketing along with lifecycle and digital advertising.

    For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior; acting as a bridge between all channel managers.

    You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
    Roles & Responsibilities Assist marketing managers in reporting and execution across all marketing, lifecycle and content production programs Curate, schedule, and coordinate content on EasyKnock's social media channels and newsletter campaigns Manage post times, frequency, content and KPIs for all related campaigns Own all community management across reviews sites and social media Partner with marketing leads to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for marketing strategy Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and designers to create new message and testing across both the website and external collateral ( e.g.

    brochures and newsletters) Assist in current new partner affiliate management - reporting, payout negotiations, and overall relationship building Requirements Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques Experience with digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, etc) Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude BS degree in Marketing or relevant field Benefits Hybrid-friendly environment (2 days per week in office) Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and geographic location.


    Range:
