If so, then we have the perfect job for you We are looking for a Chief Suds Officer to join our team as the Car Wash Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of skilled car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle that passes through our wash receives the highest level of care and attention.
• Implement new wash procedures and techniques to keep our wash ahead of the competition.
• Maintain equipment and keep the wash running at peak efficiency.
• Manage the inventory of wash supplies and ensure that all products are properly stocked and utilized.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, and implement customer service policies to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Manage the wash's finances and budget, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Passion for cars and car washing.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in the car wash industry is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make decisions under pressure.
