    Position Overview

    We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team of individuals who are passionate about making a difference and constantly striving to develop better solutions that help people rediscover hearing.

    The Graphic Designer is responsible for preparing artwork print and digital marketing materials that accurately reflect the brand, while communicating key messages effectively to both internal and external audiences. You'll also assist in all technical aspects as they relate to the design and layout of digital products.

    • Work closely with cross functional teams to produce a wide range of materials, including advertisements, brochures, direct mail, trade show signage, digital content and interactive projects.
    • Collaborate with marketing groups to develop creative concepts and design, develop illustrations, logos, and icons for local needs.
    • Align with teams to ensure materials are compliant and ready for production, final release and distribution.
    • Partner with global counterparts to suggest best brand practices and make appropriate adjustments for the local market while adhering to corporate templated and brand guidelines.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively manage deliverables and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to work independently with vendors to accurately format, collect and transfer files on time.
    • Work with local digital and global and IT team to brand and design online templates and forms and assist with both front-end web and mobile execution.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    • Creative and compliant - To design the best and most effective pieces understanding our brand guidelines is important for compliance and balancing that with creativity allows us to continually push the boundaries of innovative design.
    • Technology oriented - Acumen and experience with the latest design technologies ensure the Graphic Designer can produce top notch pieces across a wide range of mediums from print to digital.
    • Hunger for learning and feedback - Design is a process and stakeholders have opinions. Having a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement keeps the Graphic Designer on the forefront of learning and taking feedback from stakeholders as opportunities to provide solutions that meet their needs and requirements.

    Desired Qualifications

    Required Education: Art/Design School Graduate

    Experience (if necessary): Minimum of 3+ years related experience.
