    APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Surgical Tech (CST) for our client in Cumming, GA for a 12/13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.

    Position Title: Surgical Tech (CST)
    Pay Rate: $45/Hourly
    Work Location: Cumming, GA
    Shift Type: Day Shift (6:45am-19:15pm)
    Hours/day: 12 Hours
    Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

    Licenses Requirement: GA license required
    Certification Requirement: NBSTSA, BLS

    Other Details:
    • Min of 2 years of experience as Surgical Tech.
    • Exp with Cerner

    Job Description:
    • Assist surgical team before, during, and after surgeries.
    • Prepare operating room by sterilizing equipment and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
    • Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures.
    • Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to strict infection control protocols.
    • Anticipate surgeon's needs and act quickly to provide necessary instruments.
    • Assist with patient positioning and prepping surgical sites.
    • Handle specimens for laboratory analysis with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Monitor and maintain surgical equipment to ensure proper functioning.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
    • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to uphold patient safety and confidentiality.
